Fantasy Football X-Factor: Roy E. Williams of the Dallas Cowboys

Roy Williams has been an interesting fantasy football factor.  It appears that he has surpassed Dez Bryant on the depth chart, but it could be because of Dez Bryant’s injuries.  But injuries do give opportunity for others to shine — as in Austin Collie for the Indianapolis Colts.  Roy Williams for the time being may deserve a roster spot, but I think it should be taken with reservation.  He only gets five or six receptions per game, at most; and when Dez Bryant recovers fully, it could be reduced by half.  The plus side of Roy is that he has been far more productive than Dez Bryant with 3 touchdowns to his name already.  He’s worth consideration as a WR3 or flex for now, but can possibly move up to WR2, should the Dallas offense decide to involve him more than Dez Bryant.
